Common questions.

Is intrady a broker?

No. intrady is software. It connects to your existing brokerage account if you choose to link one, and your broker executes your orders and holds your money. We never hold customer funds.

Do I need a brokerage account?

No. You can use the market tools and paper accounts without one. You only need to link a broker to place live orders.

What brokers do you support?

You link a broker through its own sign-in page, so your login never reaches our servers. We’re finalizing broker approvals now and will announce supported brokers at launch.

What can intrady do with my brokerage connection?

It can show your accounts, positions and orders, and send orders you place. You can unlink your broker at any time in the app or at your broker. We never receive your brokerage username or password.

How do you protect my brokerage connection?

Broker tokens are encrypted before they are stored, refresh tokens stay on our servers, and every connection uses TLS. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we don’t store full card numbers. More detail is on our security and privacy pages.

Where does the market data come from?

Quotes, trades, Level 2 and chart history come from our licensed market data provider, not from your broker. Linking a broker doesn’t change the data you see.

How does paper trading work?

A paper account trades stocks and ETFs at live prices with simulated fills, sized against the quotes and prints available at the time. No real money is involved, and paper results don’t predict live results.

Does intrady support options?

Yes, for research: every expiration, the chain, volatility, expected moves, exposure by strike, and strategy tools. Implied volatility and greeks are modeled, and the app labels them that way. Paper accounts don’t trade options.

Can I trade from the chart?

Working orders appear on the chart at their price, where you can drag one to reprice it or cancel it in place. The order ticket also has a click-to-trade ladder.

Can intrady size my positions?

Yes. Set a dollar or percent risk and a stop, and the ticket works out the size. You can add a take profit and stop as a bracket, plus an optional account-wide exposure limit. These tools are your own guardrails. Your broker can still reject an order.

Can I use more than one monitor?

Yes. In the desktop app you can pop any panel or layout into its own window, and it stays linked to its symbol group.

Is there a desktop app?

Yes, for macOS, Windows and Linux. There is also a browser version, which fits a phone screen. Your layouts, lists and saved scans sync across them.

What will intrady cost?

One plan with everything included, with no feature tiers or add-on data packages. We’re finalizing the price for launch. Every account will start with a 14-day free trial of the full product.
